Critical Thinking & the Arts is a two-week intensive summer program for K-12 arts teachers across the district, to include visual arts, drama, dance, vocal music and instrumental music. Participating teachers will learn the fundamentals of critical thinking and how to incorporate it into their arts classroom.

This is Professional Development designed especially for your arts educators.

2. How to create effective assessments based in critical thinking

3. How to effectively model complex thinking for your students

4. How to formulate questions that will help students dig deeper

5. How to help students create meaningful and automatic transfers to other subject areas
